Innova4J research, consulting and software development laboratory currently requires a Quality and Processes Leader.

The purpose of this vacancy is to design and / or specify the mechanisms for inspection, evaluation and auditing needed to ensure quality standards of the developed products. This means designing, installing and evaluating quality systems assurance and sampling processes, procedures and techniques necessary to ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards expected in our products.

Functional responsibilities:
Establish policies, procedures and work instructions relating to software quality product.
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure the quality of software products.
Interact with internal customers, distribution partners and end customers, including outings to certain places, to ensure that their products meet the set quality standards.

Manage quality research and audit processes related to internal customers.
Working from a business vision to implement advanced quality tools, such as control plans, statistical process control, sampling and statistical analysis, automated regression testing tools, stress testing, performance testing, impact analysis, risk analysis, etc., to ensure that processes are designed, implemented and operated to maximize quality.

Monitor corrective action processes of each customer to ensure that the causes of the incident are identified and solutions are robust.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the quality processes of the customers.
Define, approve and allow the application of quality requirements, quality plans, and quality control points to ensure the adequacy of controls and the resulting products.
Supervise, motivate, coordinate and organize the work of employees who are assigned to their area of responsibility.

Travel when required to establish, maintain and improve customer and third party relationships.

Develop and implement the Quality Management System, with quality planning and current control process to prevent failures and deficiencies in products and processes.

Maintain and improve the documented system to meet the KPI’s set the area.


Guidance to internal and external customers.
Quality management and project planning: KPI’s, deadlines, budgets, resources, etc.
Ability to energize and transform their environment towards business.


Communication skills in different environments and levels.

Indispensable requirements:

Minimum of 2 years in similar positions in software development companies.
